By using Keyword Clustering (keywordclustering.net), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What This Service Does

Keyword Clustering is a free tool that groups keywords by semantic similarity using AI. It enriches results with search volume and CPC data from the Keywords Everywhere API. The service is available to all Keywords Everywhere users at no additional cost.

2. Account and Authentication

You log in using your Keywords Everywhere API key. This key is used only to verify your identity and fetch metrics during your session. Your API key is never stored in our database - it exists only in your active session and is deleted when you log out or your session expires.

You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Do not share it publicly or with anyone who should not have access to your Keywords Everywhere account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access the service through automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others
  • Circumvent usage limits or authentication mechanisms
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service

4. Your Data and Intellectual Property

The keywords you submit remain yours. The clustered output - including cluster names, page suggestions, and any AI-generated content - is yours to use however you see fit. We claim no ownership over your input or the results.

We retain your clustering job data for up to one year so you can access your results. After one year, jobs are automatically deleted.

5. Shared Links

When you create a shared link, anyone with that link can view and export your clustering results without logging in. Shared links expire according to the duration you choose (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). You are responsible for who you share these links with.

6. Third-Party Services

Keyword Clustering relies on third-party services to function:

  • OpenAI - Your keywords are sent to OpenAI's API for semantic clustering. No personal information is included in these requests.
  • Keywords Everywhere API - Your API key is used during your session to fetch search volume and CPC metrics.
  • SendGrid - Your email address (provided by Keywords Everywhere) is used to send transactional emails such as welcome messages, job completion notifications, and share link notifications.

Each of these services has its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices beyond our use of their APIs as described here.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Keyword Clustering available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

8. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI-generated clusters, page suggestions, and metadata are provided as suggestions - not definitive answers. Search metrics come from Keywords Everywhere and may not reflect real-time data. You are responsible for reviewing and validating results before acting on them.

9. Limitation of Liability

Keyword Clustering is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You can stop using the service at any time by simply not using it - there is no account to close.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
