Frequently Asked Questions
Keyword Clustering is a tool that uses AI to group your keywords by semantic similarity. Keywords that mean roughly the same thing or would target the same page on a website are grouped together into clusters, with instant search metrics from Keywords Everywhere.
We use OpenAI's GPT model to analyse your keywords and group them semantically. The AI reads all your keywords and decides how best to group them - keywords that target the same topic or page intent end up in the same cluster. The number and size of clusters is determined automatically.

You can paste keywords directly (one per line), upload a file (CSV, TXT, or Excel .xlsx), or import from Keywords Everywhere Favorites. For file uploads, you can choose which column contains the keywords.
Yes, you can export results as CSV or Excel (.xlsx). The export includes cluster names, keywords, and all metrics. You can also share results via a public link.
From any results page, click Share and choose an expiry of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. You get a link to a read-only view of your results that you can send to anyone - no login required. Export capabilities are included.
Not currently - results are final once generated. If you're not happy with the results, create a new clustering job. Your old job stays in your history for reference.
All clustering jobs are stored for one year. After that, they're automatically deleted. You can come back and view or export your results any time within that period.
